Yes, as long as your dog is not aggressive toward people or other animals. ​ It’s natural for our pets to feel anxious or unsure in a new environment, which can sometimes lead to insecure behavior. With time, space, and proper handling, they can learn to feel more comfortable around new people and surroundings. ​ If it’s your dog’s first time boarding, we recommend a short stay (like daycare for a few days) to help them adjust smoothly.

Guests may check in between 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, except on Thursdays. • Early check-ins from 7:00 AM to 8:59 AM are allowed for an additional fee of ₱150 per hour. • Please note that check-ins after 4:00 PM are not permitted to ensure a smooth and stress-free transition for all our guests. For overnight stays, check-out is from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM the following day. • Late check-outs between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM will incur a fee of ₱150 per hour or the day boarding rate, whichever is applicable. • If check-out is between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM, the fee is ₱150 per hour. • For check-outs after 8:00 PM, the overnight boarding rate will apply. For day boarding or daycare, check-out is strictly until 6:00 PM.
