For Cattos

Yes, as long as your dog is not aggressive toward people or other animals.
It’s natural for our pets to feel anxious or unsure in a new environment, which can sometimes lead to insecure behavior. With time, space, and proper handling, they can learn to feel more comfortable around new people and surroundings.
If it’s your dog’s first time boarding, we recommend a short stay (like daycare for a few days) to help them adjust smoothly.

Guests may check in between 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, except on Thursdays.
Early check-ins from 7:00 AM to 8:59 AM are allowed for an additional fee of ₱150 per hour.
Please note that check-ins after 4:00 PM are not permitted to ensure a smooth and stress-free transition for all our guests.
For overnight stays, check-out is from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM the following day.
Late check-outs between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM will incur a fee of ₱150 per hour or the day boarding rate, whichever is applicable.
If check-out is between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM, the fee is ₱150 per hour.
For check-outs after 8:00 PM, the overnight boarding rate will apply.
For day boarding or daycare, check-out is strictly until 6:00 PM.
