What amenities do you have?
Our guests can enjoy the following during their stay:
-
Fully air-conditioned rooms with CCTV monitoring
-
Private, full-walled suites for undisturbed meals and restful sleep
-
Refrigerated storage for fresh, cooked, or raw meals (storage and handling fees apply)
-
Clean, fresh drinking water
-
Agility equipment, a doggie treadmill, and toys for enrichment (available as add-ons)
Do pet guests get to interact with each other?
We value the safety and respect the space of our guests.
For our feline guests, each cat stays in a private hotel or cattio, separate from cats from other households.
For our canine guests, we recognize that every dog has unique preferences—some love socializing, while others prefer their own space.
Dog guests will only interact if:
-
We have your consent for them to meet other dogs
-
They are well-matched with their playmates and show no behavioral concerns (e.g., humping, aggression)
Your pet’s comfort and well-being always come first!
My dog can be unsure of other humans and dogs. Can s/he stay with you?
Yes, as long as your dog is not aggressive toward people or other animals.
It’s natural for our pets to feel anxious or unsure in a new environment, which can sometimes lead to defensive behavior. With time, space, and proper handling, they can learn to feel more comfortable around new people and surroundings.
If it’s your dog’s first time boarding, we recommend a short stay (like daycare for a few days) to help them adjust smoothly.
Will I be able to check on my pet when I'm away?
Yes! We are available on Facebook/Instagram from 9am to 6pm daily except Thursdays. We will also share with you photos, videos and observations of your pet during their stay. Depending on the number of guests that day, there may be a delay in our replies as we attend to the health and enjoyment of all of our guests.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Guests may check in between 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, except on Thursdays. Early check-ins from 7:00 AM to 8:59 AM are allowed for an additional fee of ₱150 per hour.
Please note that check-ins after 4:00 PM are not permitted to ensure a smooth and stress-free transition for all our guests.
For overnight stays, check-out is from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM the following day. Late check-outs between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM will incur a fee of ₱150 per hour or the day boarding rate, whichever is applicable. If check-out is between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM, the fee is ₱150 per hour. For check-outs after 8:00 PM, the overnight boarding rate will apply.
For day boarding or daycare, check-out is strictly until 6:00 PM.
What happens in case medical attention is needed?
We will bring your pet to the nearest vet in case of an emergency and update you immediately once the situation clears. For dogs in need of first aid (light scratches, itching, etc), we have partner vets to assist us online as well as first aid kits available onsite.
